I’m Ludmila Duncan, principal consultant, researcher, and creative commited to cultural work and community impact.

I founded Scriptis in 2024 after moving from St. Maarten to the Netherlands. With over 17 years of experience across government and non-profit sectors, I help organizations turn ideas into meaningful action. My work connects cultural insight with strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving to design policies, projects and programs that empower communities; especially in the Caribbean.
